@joseph_1979 Thanks for the suggestions. After messing with it for a while with no improvement, I decided to "restore" to factory settings. I then configured it as it was previously - this has helped. it's responding better but still isn't working as it used to. Still working on it.

RLC-823A not tracking the way it used to
I bought a few RLC-823As a few months back and absolutely love them. I have one of them auto tracking (person) on my front porch and has been working flawless. Today, it seems to have stopped tracking as well (no changes had been made to the config). It isn't tracking people or bicycles as far away as it was. It only seems to track people that are close to the camera. I even went in and set the motion sensitivity to max and the person detection to max under Smart Detection. I have left the object size untouched. Was there a firmware upgrade lately that may have affected this? I noticed I have them set to auto update and was wondering.

RE: 8.10.4 playback date
@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 I didn't even realize I was having this same issue until I read this.
The dragging of the camera works as a workaround for now. -
RE: PTZ (and other) icon(s) missing
@user_698976851124366_698976851124366, I'm having the same issue. The buttons are there; you just can't see them. Start clicking around where they are usually located and you'll find them. If you're like me you'll accidentally take lots of snapshots and recordings trying to find them though.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. I hope they patch it soon so I can get the buttons back. -
RE: Announcement for Client v8.10.3
@davedestin_604541370818687 I have this same issue. I click around trying to hit where the PTZ and talk was before and I end up accidentally recording long vids because I don't know what buttons I'm hitting. Please patch asap. Thanks
