@big_ted and if that doesnt work? Seriously I thought my new cameras were awesome and I was happy I chose Reolink...after the update I had no choice over, Im about ready to pay someone to remove them from my soffirs and throw them in teh bin, what utter garbage

I had both my new cameras set to high res, even at night I was getting nice crisp and clear definition yet after your auto update, its pretty rubbish now

@ttkeeler_522776044925152 Mine is on in my client and it is total rubbish since the update..Im lucky if it even connects now..Starting to think reolink is a waste of money. Resolution has dropped everything is just like a $50 camera now. Cant even download any captures properly.
