CPU gets overheating using Reolink client v8.14.2Customer service suggested to try v8.8.5, same ting happens, can't keep app running.Using Realtemp app to monitor CPU and set threshold to 100 degrees and after a while the Realtemp sounds an alarm indicating overheating.
@joseph_1979 I was using Reolink client v8.14.2 and had the same problem of CPU overheating.Customer service suggested to try v8.8.5, same ting happens, can't keep app running.Looks like there is something bizarre is happening, sometimes I start the app and CPU would stay ok for a long time I even forgot to stop it all night once.If it would have overheated, Realtemp would have sound an alarm.But very often and most of the time when I start the app 8.8.5 or 8.14.2, it starts to go crazy on the CPU after 5 to 10 minutes and overheats.Wondering if Reolink tries to call home and if it can't maybe it tries again and again, I think I saw someone saying it happened on a Android device.
@gerald-laganiere_70786400346274 After many tries of both v8.8.5 (32bits) and v8.14.2 (64 bits) it looks like the 32 bits version is stable but when I try the 64 bits the CPU goes wild and overheats.
Here is the v8.14.2 Task Manager version overheating th CPU:
@gerald-laganiere_70786400346274Today, I tried the 2 versions 8.8.5 (32 bits) and 8.14.2 (64 bits) to compare CPU usage:
