@reolink-fiona I'm using Synology Surveillance Station as well. To show the 2nd camera, you have to set it up with the following:
Brand: [User Define]
Type: Streaming - RTSP
Path: admin:＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃@192.168.20.100:554//h264Preview_02_main

The #### marks are your password.
(Obviously, your IP address would be different)
