@reolink-fiona yes i did. im using intel hd graphics and I updated to latest version from intel. same issue
@reolink-fiona hi, i also got this problem i even installed with 872 but still having blank screen problem whenever the stream is loaded.i tried downgrade to version 7.2.2.33 and it is okay.
