This is the capacity of the energy input.
But from the 5v 1a d reference, I can't find the equipment that is compatible without more information.
I need to know the size of the connector that is compatible.

Reolink Client 8.3.1 Liveview automatically turns off
Hello.
After I have upgraded the Reolink Client to version 8.3.1, the RLC-420 5MP camera's live video automatically turns off after a few minutes.
It stays off.
I have 3 cameras (410 and 410S) that are turned on in the application, and from time to time, they also turn off after minutes. -

RLC-410 clears setting port settings and deletes user account
Hi.
Recently I have seen the RLC-410 camera settings (IPC_3816M), which seems to restart itself to factory settings. Therefore, network port settings and user accounts are deleted.
Does anyone know why this? -
RLC-410 and RLC-420 connect to FTP server
Hello.
I need your help because I can't connect those two cameras to the FTP server on the computer.
I followed the Reolink tutorial (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003575993-Set-up-FTP-on-Windows-Client).
The FTP Server is online and I can access it through the FileZilla client.
When I try to register the camera, the FTP server always gives the FTP Login Failed error.
On FTP Server, I put the IP (192.168.1.xx) of my computer where Cerberus is installed.
I created a reolink account in Cerberus, which I can access through FileZilla, but when registering on the camera, always gives that error (FTP Login Failed).
I have seen this site (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013262414-Troubleshooting-FTP-stop-working-), but I am not getting over the issue. -

camera 410 remote bowser not loading
Hello,
I followed the tutorial, https://reolink.com/ip-camera-port-forwarding/, to configure the access of the equipment through another computer through external access through chrome / internet explorer / edge.
after logging in to 3 referenced programs, the image does not appear.
It stays as it is in the annex.
I appreciate your help and I apologize for my English.
