Unable to update firmware on RLC-420

I have tried to update the firmware via the web page and via the Windows client software. When I download the firmware update I have the PAK file, but the software is looking for a *.IPC_51316M file. It will not take the PAK file even if I rename it to the extension the software is looking for. I
