@joseph_1979 both cameras were bought at the same time as part of a package with a NVR.

Can I ask how you located that firmware?, as I have spoke to Support and they said there is no update available for either camera!

I bought 2 identical RLC-811A cameras direct from REOLINK. They both have different hardware versions!

Emailed support & waiting on a reply, as one has noticeably better detection.
