I don't see my D500/B500 cameras in the download list. I also can't find my camera info in the app or desktop client. The selections available to me in the settings are not the same as shown in the support instructions.
Any update to this? The motion alerts due to change in lighting drive me nuts. The Arlo cameras i replaced with this system never did that.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 So "post motion record" set to 1 min doesn't mean it will record for 1 minute when motion is detected? In push notifications, setting "push interval" to 1 min doesn't mean it well send a push notification every minute?
Does anyone else have an issue where the video clips of motion are shorter than the settings? I have the clip length set to 1 min, but the clips will be a few seconds long and the notification will go off over and over (notification interval is 1 min as well). Is there a setting i'm missing?
Is there any update to this issue? Passing clouds drive my cameras nuts. Turning an outdoor light on or off also triggers them. Even fog mist makes them go off. The Arlo cameras this system replaced never once went off in these situations.
