Hi, I have the RLN8-410, model N3MB01. Since installing the latest firmware, I now show 11 channels in the interface. Is this an error or the extra channels are somehow used for other purposes?

Hi, the link below mentions that other (larger than 6Tb) HDDs are now avilable but there is no mention of the capacity limitation for the NVR.

Will any surveillance grade disk work with my N3MB01 NVR or do I have to stick with the 2 x 6Tb as the max?

@reolink-lorenz Good to hear you are going to improve the website. It does not make sense as it is

The browser I use is Firefox and running under windows or Linux, I get the same issue. I have a dual monitor system. When I open the website on the first monitor, the drop down appears but not on the second. So it might be an issue with my graphic card and how Firefox uses that. So not an easy situation for you to compensate for. Ignore my setup in other words.

Hi, I purchased the RLK8-820D4-A kit and two E1 Zoom cams but I cant find the firmware for the hardware versions I have:

HW version of NVR is N3MB01 and the Zoom is IPC_515BSD6.

Does the NVR firmware also update the cameras connected to it or do I have to connect each cam to my network and update them individually?
