Have acquired a Windows 10 tablet. Have installed the latest Client S/W (1.2.40). When I run the client I am unable to control the size of the display. The client opens larger than my screen and a not able to resize it????

I have configured the motion detect option to only select the lower center portion of the screen (see attached).E-mails are being triggered when any motion is detected anywhere on the screen as though I had selected "Full Screen".Any ideas why???MotionDetect.png
The model # for my cams is 410.The problem client software is version "Windows v220.127.116.11".I understand this has been fixed in version "Windows v18.104.22.168"?
Unable to delete it as it does not appear in the device list.Also if I delete a cam and try to replace it with another cam and use the same name I get the same message
Hay Larry... I fixed my problem with the cams. All I did was install version "v22.214.171.124" and all is working again.The firm wear does not seem to be the problem.I can send it to you if you did not save a copy??? Will need an address to send it to though...
After new Firmware and Client install I am no longer able to change configuration options.Unable to click on boxes to place a check and all options are greyed out including the OK buttons???undefined

The way that I do a test recording is to click on the Record icon in the upper right corner of the camera screen (see attached). When I stop the recording, I find the created file and have to change the extension to .avi in order to play it. When I do all I get is the video but no sound???undefined
I have had to replace 1 of my cameras. I want to name the new Cam the same as the one which is no longer on my network. when trying to "add device" and I type in the desired name (same as old camera) client says exists...Where is the log or file that keeps track of camera names. I need to delete the old name so I can install the new Cam......
OK... Have sound working but when I do a recording it does not record the sound.Is it capable of this function?Also is there a way to reduce/eliminate the noise generated by the wind???
One of my RCL-410 cameras has stopped working??? No longer get a link light. Have tested hooking directly to Poe router, still no link light??
