Yes I did back in 2019. Seems Reolink isn't interested in making the change or they would have done it by now.
Does Reolink offer any window stickers that affix to the inside of the glass? My outside stickers wear after less than a year.
On the positive side, using the Reolink Andriod App on my Samsung phone, the RLC-810A video footage looks great in "clear" mode. When viewing the same video on my Windows laptop or Windows desktop using the Reolink Windows client, the video will buffer in "clear mode". Reducing from clear to standard mode stops the buffering, but the picture quality is reduced. I've been told the issue is my internet speed or router, but my Samsung phone in Wifi mode and Reolink andriod App is using the same router with no video image problems at all. I have been having this issue for the past 6 months. Would appreciate some help.
My RLC-810A camera's buffer a lot in "clear" mode when I'm watching live video on my desktop or laptop using the Reolink windows app (8.2.6). The live streaming image is fine with no buffering at all when I'm viewing from the Reolink Andriod app on my cell phone or directly from my Reolink RLN16-410 NVR. Why is this?
My need is optimal video resolution. My environment is the camera mounted on an exterior surface for outdoor video footage. I submitted this question to tech support, but received no reply. Was hoping to get a reply in this forum.

I wound up returning it to Amazon for a replacement unit that's working fine now. I'm upgrading from the RLK8-410 to add more camera's. The RLK8-410 worked fine for over 3 years without a single problem. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the RLN16-410 is just as reliable.
I'm upgrading my RLK8 to the RLN16 for extra camera's. Just received it today and after hooking up to setup my menu, I don't have any Video signal at all from the monitor output of the NVR. Neither HDMI or VGA work. Never had this issue with my RLK8. Any ideas before I return it to Amazon for a replacement?

Mounting these stickers on the outside of the glass just doesn't hold up at all. This sticker was installed less than 6 months ago! How hard can it be to design a sticker made to install on the inside of the glass!!Window-Sticker.jpg
I never got around to trying the rear USB port. Once I plugged into the front and verified it working properly, I just left it there.

Hello. Just thought I'd follow up here to see if Reolink ever came up with an inside glass attached sticker design.
Wow. So I started this thread back in 2017 and you're just now forwarding this concern to a senior engineer?
Every time I attach these stickers to the outside of my glass, the weather destroys them within one year. How come Reolink doesn't make a sticker that can be attached from the inside of the glass like other camera and security systems companies do?

Does anyone know if Reolink support still responds to emails? One of my 8 channel RLC-410 camera's no longer has audio. I reset the camera, rebooted my NVR (RLN8-410) and swapped channels and still the same camera doesn't have audio. Confirmed audio is still checked in setup menu. In the past 10 days, I have emailed Reolink tech support twice about this and never received any replies.In the past I have emailed them and they have replied back. Not sure what's going on now.
