@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I have done all that, its so frustrating and unfortunatly its now coming out and going back for a refund it is only around 5 days old.I have had no support from Reolink on it. They have always been great and fixing issues but seem to have washed their hands of this one.
I have the wifi doorbell and I noticed a day ago that it stopped sending alerts. I reset the doorbell and re added it to the Android app and then adjusted the sensivitivity in all directions and still no notifications. If I push the test notifications it works fine and so does the chime. I have uninstalled the app and re installed again and still same issue. I can stand in front of the doorbell and wave and dance around and get nothing.I used to get rich notifications but now cant even get a normal motion detection on it.Has anyone else had the issue. I am using the latest Android App version 4.36
I have finally got this sorted out now I think, I found stretch mode in the Android app and also on the windows client.Graham
I had just purchased a RLC-410-5MP POE camera and it works great however I noticed that it squashed down people and cars etc and stretched them. Reolink support have confirmed the issue.I use the windows client and android client, for the windows client I wrote my own script so it doesnt fill up my pc which works great. My question is anyone using this camera with a NVR do you see any such issue?Im thinking of returning it for the RLC-410-4MP version as i already have a wifi version of this and its perfect or should I just persist with the 5MP version until a fix comes out.See image for the issue.I do love Reolink and wont be moving away from them anytime soon but would be great to get some feedback from other usersRLC-410-5MP-1.jpg
