I have an RLN8-410 NVR that reboots all the time. I contacted support with no luck, which makes me wonder if they know what they are doing. They blamed my A/C unit for causing the issues, it's winter, no A/C running now and it still reboots often. Reolink does nothing to help you and expect you to buy more stuff when the stuff you 1st got doesn't work! They sent one 510 camera that didn't work either(out of 6, there is one I still didn't test since I never installed it), they did nothing to resolve the issue.Reolink needs to do MUCH better in products and customer service!
