@nickburt218 I suspect an issue with the hardware you are using not being able to decode H.265/HEVC codec adequately (I think I am running into the same issue). The fact that it is working with little lag on the mobile app with a layer of wifi added would seem to indicate that it is not a problem with the network. I've noticed that if I try to play H.265 video in high res from my mobile device on the same computer, I also have stuttering, lag and occasional freezes. I installed the Reolink Client on a Windows 11 laptop that was purchased recently and do not have the issue there. I don't know if there is a better codec that could be installed to resolve the issue or if the hardware/cpu just isn't designed to handle that decoding algorithm....
