How do you access the Duo features? I have a Duo POE with another one coming and I can't access these new features on the Windows 8.4.0 and now I have updated to Windows - 8.5.1.0 and still can't access these features.
My NVR is the RLN16-410, Hw .No H3MB18, Fw version - V3.0.0.148_21100910.
Does this have anything to do with not being able to access these new features. I have rebooted both the computer and NVR and nothing has changed. I have also gone through all the settings I can access, and the feature doesn't appear anywhere.
