@reolink-fiona I'd like to chime in on this ... pun intended. I recently upgraded from an old iPhone SE 1st gen to an iPhone 13. I started fresh and loaded the Reolink app onto my new phone and my cameras came up once I logged in on the app. Everything works okay except for the Notification Sound. I have clicked Classic in the Settings menu on the Reolink app, but whenever my cameras go off, I get the Default iphone sound. There is no other way I know of changing it. My old phone - the sound works find and plays the Classic Reolink sound.
