Installed the first Reolink 810A and it's not recording correctly, the video has 3 quarters of the screen green, any ideas what is causing this?

I raised a support ticket with Reolink for my RLC-511 about the fact that there is a noticeable difference between the video recorded onto the SD Card and FTP, the FTP video missed the first 5 seconds of recorded video.
They have confirmed that this is a bug as FTP does not do pre record, unfortunately for surveillance this makes the camera almost useless as by the time it starts recording the subject matter has left the scene. For now I have to rely on downloading from the SD Card, not ideal, hopefully they will solve this is a future firmware issue.

My camera is a RLC-411WS

I have my camera set to lowest sensitivity over night but when it rains I get constant alarms all night

Very disappointed to see no Microphone or H265 compression.

Any updates on H265??

I have set up and email for motion detected videos, but when I get them they are of poor quality nowhere near 4K more like the fluent size of 640x360

Cannot find anywhere to change the output size for fluent or email, so does the camera only out but in "Fluent" 640x360??

To update never got the wifi working so sent the camera back to Amazon, ordered a replacement and this is working just fine, so seems I had a defective unit.

Can you give a link in amazon for the high gain DB antennas that you used.??

I am trying to setup my new camera, I can connect it via ethernet without any problem and the Reoplink app on my iPhone and Mac sees the camera. However if I try and connect via wifi the panel is greyed out on the Mac app. On the iPhone app the scan shows no connection points.



So far I have not been able to get the wifi working.

Anyone have any ideas as to why the camera is doing this??
