@storm_385338735378611 As a customer of Reolink and having purchased and have in the field currently 210+ GO PT cameras I can assure you that they will honor their warranty. You just need to follow the proper procedures and get an RMA number from them. This was the main reason I choose to base my surveillance business around the Reolink cameras was because they honored their warranty even when it was my fault. They will do whatever it takes to have a happy customer.
