I have had the same question and I still feel that the question was not answered fully. What is a easy to identify which one is owned? (ie) is there something that can be viewed on the interface, serial number etc?
I recently upgraded my firmware on my NAS to a level that was recommended and sent to me by Suport (V2.0.0.4454-1560-108020508100. Ever since this update, I have lost the functions of having my cameras save “motion” video at the same time of my 24/7 recording. I also can no longer download m videos form the NVR to my PC using the PC client software as it gives me a “Download error” every time I try.One of my questions is: Can a person DOWNGRADE the firmware back to a known working version?Is there any other things I can try to help fix this issue?My neighbors were broken into yesterday so this puts more of a timely needed fix for this issue.
