@joseph_1979 I have multiple wifi cameras and have used two different scenes fine until a recent app update. I still have the old app on
two old cell phones and scenes work fine on them. There have been multiple emails to Reolink support with them blaming everything except their app updates. I just received a link from them with another app update to try. Hope it corrects their problem. Also I heard the scene setups are called shortcuts. Cameras have been fine until recently the plastic knurled covers on the attaching end of wifi antennas have cracked. Thus when I attempted to replace the antennas the plastic knurled cover will turn but not the metal receptical connecting the antenna. Reolink has been no help to the six antennas with the problem.

When I attempt to change a scene between home or away I almost always get a message of Failure or Null. I have not been able to receive an explanation from customer service about the cause. Occasionally it will actually work to change. The results are the same on wifi and cell network,

The entire purpose of having these cameras is to access them from anywhere one may be located. Using your cell phone you can view whatever the camera sees as well as receive what types of notifications you set for them. I do this whenever away from my property. I have several different cameras and all work well.

I have two RLC-410WS cameras and the font size in each is different. I would like a larger font so that when viewing on the mobile app the larger letters will be easier to read.

Videos are not properly playing on Android devices. Play fine on Window computer. How do I select either Fluent or Clear for Android? On the Windows computer in Playback there is a choice at the bottom left of the page. For Android the only mention of Clear or Fluent is in Quality but no option to select either.

Some of my Android devices have also had problems with the 4.4.3.2 update. Those with the 4.3.1.3 update work fine. How can I download the earlier update 4.3.1.3?

I have no idea how to change between clear and balanced.

When viewing captured videos from theRLC-410WS camera on my computer they play normally. When viewing on an android phone the video is choppy. It looks like a series of still pictures and not a smooth video. Any suggestions? Thanks
