I reset my My Lumus and it appears to to be working on my phone app but when I open my cloud library on my MAC there is nothing there. How can I connect to My cloud library?
My lumus just disconnected from my internet network. The camera has a solid blue light on without blinking. There are also a semi circle of tiny red lights on. I don't know what those red lights indicate. Before I reset the camera I would like to know what those lights indicate.
My Lumus is connected to my LAN and the blue light is on constantly. I noticed that during the day I cant connect to my app on my iphone. Yesterday the camera worked all night and stopped at 8:40 this morning. I rebooted my router but the app still wont connect. Di I have to go outside and use the paper clip to reset the camera?
lumus lost all photos in my library
My Lumus cloud Library stopped recording on april 14th. Don't know what happened. My reolink app on my iphone still shows todays recordinbgs but they are stop and go spotty.
