I just had the same issue. We have a RLN16-410 that I was upgrading firmware on (HI3535_NVR_16IP_REOLINK_L300_4732_1728_21062800.6MP.pak) and after it appeared to reboot, all I get on screen is the reolink logo and Link Your Real World that continues to loop on and off. This security system is extremely critical and I need it back up ASAP. What next?
I tried the suggestions to force boot from USB drive and that did not work. Also tried using factory reset button, but that did not work either.
Need help please!
