@reolink-fiona I have contacted reolink numerous times, to no avail. Im not sure what else to do, other than replace the cameras with a different brand. Reolink support is lacking. I wish there was someone I could talk to over the phone.
My cameras work great on my home network. All cameras are POE to the NVR. MY issue is....I cannot view the cameras outside of my home network VIA the app. It will not connect on another Wifi network or cellular network. Please help!
