@new-castle-cams_495219317538995 The newer version is much less intuitive but it is there in the cam view. When you hover your cursor in the cams window and (on mine) a few buttons show up on the bottom right. Second from left is the ptz control.
Yes please !!! I am extremely disappointed with this update. I have multiple monitors and until this update been able to open the program and drag the window to the secondary monitor and snap it to the top to fill the monitor. That is gone. 6 of 9 cameras need to now be told what the password is manually 1 by 1. This is an absolute brand changing issue. Now for the worst part, it takes about 10 minutes from opening the program until I see any cameras feed. Absolute disastrous update in my view! was any testing even performed?WHERE DID THE PTZ CONTROL GO !!!!! GET IT TOGETHER !!!

@reolink-fiona What version are you running with all the extra buttons? (circled in red) I am running 8.5.2
I did the same as what you used on a few cameras but ended up getting the metal boxes for the rest. They are a bit pricey in comparison to the plastic boxes but for simplicity I just added it to the cost of the cameras while on sale. From the accessories tab.Just toss the mounting screws that come with them and get some stainless steel or galvanized screws. For brick use some plastic anchors and use a masonry drill bit
A "flag post as spam" button would help. That should be linked to a moderators in box for a quick review. Many other forums implement it and it helps.
I use blue iris and not an NVR but that should not matter. From a PC on the same network open the reolink client and select the 423. Make sure it's selected (you will see a blue outline around it). I sometimes have to click it a few times to highlight it. Once it IS selected the "PTZ" tab should appear below it. Click the drop down, move the cam to a desired location and click "set preset". You can double click the word preset 1-64 and give it a name. Then you can build a control path. I had to redo mine due to the cam wants to patrol CCW from the top down instead of taking the shortest path.
The only choice I can have is Fedx. Why not let me choose USPS or even UPS. FedEx has proven to be incredibly unreliable over the past few months. I live in NY and have an average of 6-12 packages delivered each week from all over the US. USPS gets the job done and on time. Sometimes a day or two early. UPS gets the job done on time.FedEx as of late seems to be operated by monkeys. Nearly every package has taken a detour which makes it extremely late. I have purchased 5 RLC-410 cameras individually. Only the last one was on time. 5 days ago I ordered an RLC-423. FedEx gained possession quickly from the reolink store and sat on it. It traveled from Jersey to PA and back to Jersey again 5 miles from its starting point over the course of 5 days. The expected delivery date was pushed back 2 days when it arrived back in Jersey. I expect it will be pushed back again when it arrives in California for a martini. I recently had a package do just that recently from Georgia. It got to NY and 2 days later it was scanned in Austin Texas. I am going to be avoiding company's who only ship FedEx from this point on due to the fact that I am tired of telling my clients that there was a mix up. I do love my Reolink cams but it looks like without the ability to choose the carrier, I will have to go back to Amcrest for the foreseeable future. <\/,,
I used clear packaging tape and taped it up on the inside. I then went back and neatened it up with a box cutter and inspection sticker scraper.
