@user_916849298497786_916849298497786 I am so glad I am not the only one, I thought maybe my camera was glitched. I've been downloading over and over again and I keep getting same results like you.It will show the multiple files being downloaded, as soon as it completes all of it gets deleted as well!This is a Reolink software issue.I am on Reolink App v8.17.6 on Windows 11.
