Since the upgrade to this version I am also having issues with FTP recordings and still images on my RLC-420-5MP. The images are distorted and have funny colors all over the place.
How do I downgrade to the previous version?

It's disappointing that Reolink is exposing to Google Assistant only the Fluent stream (640x480 typically) instead of the Clear Stream (HD+ resolutions).


I urge Reolink to fix this ASAP.

I'm considering buying an Argus Pro.
But considering that Reolink Cloud is not available in Mexico yet, I'm wondering if it will still be able to record to the Cloud if I take the camera to my house in Mexico.

Does Reolink Cloud enforces any GeoIP-based access control?
