RE: Wake-Me-Up Alarm
Thanks for your suggestions!
I’ll try a Bluetooth speaker but I’m concerned the short duration will still be an issue. -
100+ Cameras?
Can the iOS mobile app handle 100 or more cameras?
Is there a way to organize them in groups or, even better, in a "tree" / hierarchy? If not, please forward the request to the software team. -
RE: Wake-Me-Up Alarm
Thanks Sally. It seems like it would be a pretty easy feature them to add.

Wake-Me-Up Alarm
I really, really need a way to configure my person-detection cameras with a smartphone alert that will be loud enough and long enough to wake me up at night. I need to know immediately, not later in the morning, that someone is messing with my stuff. Please offer ideas how to do this (RLC-810A) or add a feature to do it.

RE: License Plate Still Images - Reolink Software Engineers
I capture license plates of moving vehicles, day and night, with the $280 Amcrest IP8M-2454EW camera. If we had access to the right settings (e.g. shutter speed) we could probably do it with comparable Reolink cameras.

Community Forum Profile
Years ago there was a way to add profile information that would display at the bottom of each post.
This information still shows on my new posts but I can no longer find any way to edit or delete the profile information.
Please point me to where I can change this info or just delete it for me.
The info I'm referring to is this:

RE: RLC-810A White Balance
I had the exact same issue on two cameras.
Here is a link to the fix that worked for me.

RE: Overexposed image. Unable to see anything during the
I had the exact same issue with an RLC-810A and RLC-1220A.
I resolved this issue with the RLC-810A a few days ago.
I tried various adjustments to Exposure, Backlight and 3D DNR. Nothing worked.
About to give up, I decided to try less likely settings. I changed “Anti-flicker” from Auto to 50HZ. Bingo! Exposure problem fixed.
Why? I don’t know.
I set it to 60HZ, still looked good.
I set it back to Auto, still looked good.
To confirm this “fix”, I went to my RLC-1220A which had the same over-exposure issue. I confirmed the picture was still over-exposed and then changed “Anti-flicker” from Auto to 50HZ. The issue fixed again.
See before/after photos below for both cameras.
There must be a bug in the software / firmware.
See before and after photos attached.
