@reolink-daisy why the new checkbox feature on sorting record playback...? this was both fast and elegant before, now its just slow and annoying... i dont get why this was changed, at all.
Do you have a bug regarding push notications on this android version ?Until today it worked fine, today the alert category "miscellaneus" was deleted and push alerts stopped working. One category remains but notifications was delivered through the one that now has been deleted. I know because i initially set custom alert sounds on them.Yesterday i upgraded NVR 8 to latest available version, all cameras RCL 811A to latest version, and today push alerts stopped working. I have tried to delete all data from android app, then reinstalling the app, rebooted nvr. Nothing seems to fix it. The remaining alert category does not deliver any push alerts. The deleted one did.Samsung Galaxy S22NVR :Android app :Here is the deleted category that delivered notifications, "miscellaneous". After this image was taken the bottom one got deleted by your app and effectively killed notifications.
A snooze button would be great to stop push notifications when you are running around the house triggering your own cameras. The built in snooze functions on android are not easily accessable. On Samsung this feature first need to be activated, so first you need to know about that... Ive created scenarios for this now and its working good exept i constantly forget to arm the push notification scene again when im done outside. So a snooze button for a selected period of time in the app would be very userfriendly.
And i forgot one more thing, all the sensitivity adjustments including smart detection should as an option be adjustable separately on daymode vs nightmode. Where i live the summers have near daylight 24h while the winters only have a few hours of daylight. So a fixed schedule wont do it, it should follow daymode and nightmode. Especially since it seems tricky to detect everything in nightmode as good as it does in daymode i need to be able to adjust higher sensitivity in nightmode, including persons and vehicles.
Hi. A lot of nice features on your android app and NVR. I do however miss a couple of things that i would like to suggest here.First of all my setup is NVR 8 with 4 x RLC811A cameras ( so far ).I miss the opportunity to easily be able to wind back 15 seconds or so on live stream through a simple "15 sec back" button like we see on some streaming apps. Push it again to get even further back. Lets say i hear a sound/noice outside my house but have only person and vehicle alarm active so no alarms are triggered. I then jump into live camera but see nothing strange at this point. In order to actually check what the noice was some seconds ago i first have to enter recorded files, then fast forward nearly to the end on the latest file to see if i can see what was making noise. Not easy... or fast... When entering stored files one also find the pointer to start at the oldest files by default, so each time i need to scroll to the latest file, even to check a person or vehicle alarm i have to do this. I would expect the pointer to be set on the latest file by default, for fast access to fresh recordings. Also here a 15 sec back or 15 sec forward button would be helpful, its not a very precise manouver to scroll the time back/forward from a smartphone.I also miss the opportunity to define a grid from where i would like alarm on any motion. Per now i only have person, pet and vehicle alarms active to limit the amount of false alarms. But on some areas i would like an alarm on any motion, for example to detect if the light in my garage are turned on or off by drawing a detection zone on and around the window, draw detection zone over a door, or whatever.Other than this i'm super exited on your nice camera stuff, so thank you reolink !
