I am having a similar problem with my 832A, and a 1212A that I recently purchased. I've upgraded the firmware of the both NVR and the cameras, but I am missing some options. For the 832A, there is no auto tracking option in the "Alarm Settings," and for the 1212A the "Alarm Settings" wont even load. Also both cameras say "Unsupported" under the light window. I purchased these cameras specifically for the lights and auto tracking, so it would be nice to have access to these features.
