I was informed that the new firmware was more natural than previous firmware where they think the previous was over saturated and made a correction. I guess wash out is the new normal going forward of future firmware for this device.

The administrator stated on this tread that the latest firmware ought to fixed the issue and if there’s a problem want us to contact them with a snapshot. There’s already a snapshot presented by the other user. That’s more than enough. People who update to the latest version will come here and complain. If this is their answer of fixed, I would like to get the old firmware from last year or give us refund. My camera can’t function the way they were design to do due to poor color and connection. The latest firmware ruin the function and my experience of this camera.

@reolink-daisy Where do I get the old firmware from last year? They posted revision of firmware but did not fix the problem. The problem still persist. My camera are not working the way it should be. The color and wifi has issue.

@user_751347369033978_751347369033978 There is new firmware posted on website with different date for both wifi and poe, can you please check if the issue has been fix? I’m away from home to check.

@reolink-daisy The firmware on website is gone. When can we expect a firmware? My camera is unstable because it got the lowest signal. The old firmware from August I got full signal and color was correct. I’m using reolink app. The issue was color and wifi signal. Why I can only post here once a day?

@reolink-daisy The moderator explanation is correct. This new firmware muted the color and made the full signal down to lowest (dot). The August of last year firmware was good. Please fix it asap. Thanks!

The latest firmware posted on website made the image wash out and my full bar signal went down to the lowest. Prior to this firmware, the color was right and full signal.
