@ks I can right click on the camera and go to wide angle or tracked this gives me the 2 lens but before I messed up and deleted one or the dual views in the Nvr/monitor I had both lens in the client like in your screen shot I now have then dual view back on the Nvr/monitor but no way of getting it back on the client I have hard reset then trackmix deleted the Nvr from the client and added it again still no joy One other thing is I do not have the ability to zoom in the client but I do on the app and Nvr/monitorFrom the Nvr/monitor everything works as it should the ability to zoom dual lens PTZ is all perfect I just have a problem with the client I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it
@joseph_1979 I have done a hard reset still the same how do I delete it from the windows client and add backall works fine from the Nvr with a monitor I have dual lens there I have deled the Nvr from windows client and added back but still the same only issue was with the windows clientRegards
Just installed a Trackmix Poe to Nvr all worked fine updated firmware on trackmix and NvrAt first I had dual view in the windows client (I messed up I deleted one of the dual view at the Nvr as i thought it was a glitch)I got dual view back on the Nvr/monitor but can seam to get it back on the windows client I have 4 cameras and a doorbell but only 1 lens can be seen in the client NvrI have done a hard reset with still no joyany help would be appreciated

This is ridiculous they release the app 4.4.3 and give us new Exciting features for the doorbell and tell us *Firmware update required* but don't release Firmware update this is madness

I don't understand why it's taking nearly a year to upgrade the firmware and still no results how hard can it be to actually upgrade the firmware do we know when someone is pressing the doorbell and not detectedthe worst thing I ever done was move from a ring doorbell to a Reolink doorbell
@joseph_1979 Cos at the minute it dose not have any features its basically it's just a camera at your front door that's it..it's probably the most disappointing product do they have ever released with a minimum support

@pierre-gielen_288801745879289 I did exactly the same replaced my ring with a Reolink Poe and what's the worst decision I ever madeReolink doorbell makes a real good door camera what does a doorbell it is totally uselessyou're stuck with one plug in chime no Alexa notifications for a Poe connector to an Nvrwhen the doorbell is pressed it is the same notification as the rest of your camera detecting a person so basically you haven't got a clue when anybody is ringing your doorbellit's been 8 months now since they're released a firmware upgrade when you contact customer support they have no idea what's going on there should have perfected the app before they released the doorbell to the market

is a Wi-Fi version you can't get Alexa notifications if it is the Poe version to NVR it's completely useless add not fit for purpose let alone be in a doorbell
Relink released this video doorbell too early with a very basic features (even worst for Poe to Nvr)Same push notification for the rest of your cameras as when somebody presses the doorbell this is just terribleno Alexa integration for Poe to Nvrcoming up 8 months since a firmware upgradevery poor compared to the rest of their products

Poe door bell to Nvr (as the poe ver has no alexa support when plugged in to Nvr)When will we get an update so we have the option to change the Push notification sound in the app for when the door bell is pressed instead of the notification of a person detectedas it is exactly the same notification for all cameras from Reolink camerasthis has now become a headache and renders the doorbell absolutely useless as you have no idea if someone has pressed the door bell or it has detected a person
