@zenos_497140502982886 forget to mention that i tried a loto of solutions (different pcs/ restore cameras first/ set the name of firware to .pak) but still nothing

I have a problem with my RLC-510A and nobody helps me from your support team. When i am trying to upgrade the firware an erro shows up and says "upgrade failed. Failed to recognise the file format.please try again." Same error for both cameras RLC-510A.. the other cameras i have are upgraded fine
