  • I bought another 4g cell camera for my home. I tried to add it with app and keeps saying failure to connect. SIM card is active its same as the one in my camera that works. I’ve done all I know to do. Any suggestions? Thanks

  • I just got a new Argus Eco. It seems to have a problem with maintaining the wifi connection, and the video freezes as if the connection is very slow although I have five bars on my wifi. I've also tried it with the hotspot in my phone and it does the same thing. I've been able to complete the set up

  • Hi. I just got an RLN8-410 NVR and 4 RLC-510A cameras. Overall very happy with the features but I have an issue with one camera, where the grass of my lawn is an unnatural glowing green. I could understand if the lawn was bathed in bright sunshine but it's the same in dull and cloudy conditions.

  • Going from firmware version v2.0.0.889_17080809 to latest on website https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/firmware/889_1708/C1_889_17083000.zip and update fails with error message: Failed to recognize the format.Device is rebooting! I tried changing the file name to reolink.pak and it still fails.

  • Hello, since the firmware update v3.1.0.956_22041511 the detection of the camera has evolved and I had to adapt the detection settings. Everything is working perfectly now and the camera manages to detect a human far enough in my driveway without taking any vehicles or pedestrians on the road, a joy

  • Have reolink e1 outdoor och dont like that the picture is 4:3 ratio. If I use ”stretch out mode” the proportion will be wrong. Is there any solution for this?
