      Hi.
Recently I have seen the RLC-410 camera settings (IPC_3816M), which seems to restart itself to factory settings. Therefore, network port settings and user accounts are deleted.
      Does anyone know why this?

        Hello again.
I did a few more tests and I notice that every time the camera is reset, the settings go back to the factory settings.

I have this problem with one of my cameras. Did you get a solution? I also had this problem a few years ago with another camera, it was still covered by the warranty, so reolink replaced it.

            Both are RLC-410.
