      Hello I have a RLC-820A Camera that I can get to via a web browser. The issue is that it won't work on clear mode. I have updated to the most current firmware. I have tried the lowest settings with the clear stream, but it gives me an error then downgrades to the substream. Could it be my network and what can I check to help me decide if it is a setting issue or a camera issue or a network issue. Thanks

          @steven-dennis_466125782364360 Hello Steven, with 4K cameras, you can only watch live stream in the substream only via a web browser. To watch the live view in clear mode, we strongly recommend that you use the desktop app instead. Hope this helps.

          I tried the web interface on my RLC-420-5MP cameras and noticed problems.

          • The Fluent stream freezes for up to 7 seconds at a time and then resumes.
          • The Clear stream also freezes and pops up a message about Network Timeout.

          Streaming bandwidth is not that large, so also am at a loss to understand what is going on.

          To be honest, I never use the web interface, preferring either the Windows Client or the motion files that get FTP'd to a server.
          I wonder if this is a deficiency with the web interface, as the other ports do not seem to have this problem.

          I am not certain that going for the lowest bandwidth is the right direction.
