I have visited this place many times, but 823A is not listed (I think, the right place is NVR and POE systems)
I can find RLC-423 but no 823A

Because the camera is very new and we don't update the firmware of the RLC-823A recently, the information doesn't have been listed on the website now. There is a Quick Start Guide in the box too. Do you have any other questions about the RLC-823A? We can help you here.
