      Hello community

I tried setting the RTSP port in the Windows Reolink app.

In fact, both RTSP and RTMP have port 1 as an entry. And I don't know wy.

I tried changing the RTSP port to the default 554 for RTSP several times. After confirming by saving, it reports successfully. But the next time I open the port page, RTSP port will be back to 1. I can't imagine what could be the cause?

I have more than 1 Reolink camera and the behavior is the same for all Reolink cameras.

I also have another brand of camera where I can change the RTSP port correctly.

So to me it seems to be a problem from Reolink, does or does someone have the same problem and maybe the solution?

      Thank you and kind regards

      Bruno

By the way: All other ports such as media, http, https can be changed as normal.

Hi Bruno, we have checked that this is not a common issue. Can you tell us your camera model and system information?
