Reolink Duo PoE - Only one camera works

With auto-add option enabled, only one side of the camera works.
Is there a setup procedure for Reolink Duo PoE camera?

Do you use the Client or APP? Can you give me a screenshot of the camera display page to check? Here is a video about the setup of the DUO PoE and DUO Wifi.

@reolink-fiona Please see attached camera display page. I use the Client.
Also in the video link - just after 3:00 minutes into the video - the presenter says that he is also able to see only one side of the camera.
I'm able to get only the right-side image from the camera. Thanks,

Can you check the firmware version of your NVR? The latest firmware of the NVR is v3.0.0.0.148. You can upgrade the NVR firmware to the latest.

I see both sides of the camera. But they are displayed as 2 separate channels.
How do I merge the left and right views into a single panoramic view?

The camera will show on two channels. When you view multiple cameras in the NVR, you will see the panoramic view. It can't be merged into one. Just like the following picture shows.
