Hi ReolinkI bought a new camera from you on the 22nd of November, but the camera never arrived to me in New Zealand. It was transferred to the airline on the 27th of November, and then disappeared. I have tried to contact you via support but keep being told to wait 3-5 working days and see if there has been any updates, but there never are any. At one point I was promised a replacement would be sent, but this never happened either (instead I was told to wait another 3-5 days while someone contacted the airline!). Please help me.
