We have fount that is'nt possible to remove a registration.
But in Europe with GDPR this function is required.
If a user wants to be removed from a registration we must be able to do so.

@it_484462163448014 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. By saying the registration, do you mean the retention period of the recorded videos? For example, the surveillance videos shall not be kept more than 48 hours.

If you are referring to anything else, please specify and send us the source of the requirement. Thank you in advance.

if a user know for example that it was registred from a camera between 8:30AM and 10:00AM, can require to remove recorded data (and you have a month to do it).

If you have configured an automatic system to remove data after 48 hours the problem not exists.

@it_484462163448014 Thank you for the info. One more question, if we were to configure an auto system to remove data after 48 hours, shall we delete the data at a time? Or, is it acceptable to overwrite the previous data gradually?

Here is an example for your reference. A camera is recording continuously and it has produced some video files 2 days ago. Now it is Day 3. Shall all the video files generated on Day 1 be deleted immediately? Or they can be overwritten gradually and maintain the video files generated in the last 48 hours?

Thank you for your help in advance.
