E1 Outdoor Firmware up to date?

Hi,

I recently found my E1 outdoor to miss quite obvious human movements, though the sensitivity is almost at max. I therefore had a look if a newer firmware is available that probably fixes some problems, but I had to realise that the firmware I have on the camera is even newer than the one in the download center.

Hardware Version is IPC_523SD8
Currently installed Firmware Version: v3.0.0.460_21071466
Only downloadable firmware Version: v3.0.0.0.197 from March 2021.

Is 460 really newer or is the latest version missing in downloads?

The 460 is a newer version. There are different firmware versions now. Our support team can offer you some specific firmware to you according to your demand. You can try to contact them, Submit a request – Reolink Support.

I was wondering which version is the newer one as well.
Now that I have already flashed my new (today) E1 Outdoor to the older version available on the website (v.3.0.0.197), where can I get the latest firmware (v3.0.0.466) so that I can flash the camera back to what it was when I got it.

@mbzt_424281994174717 Because there are different version firmware for the E1 Outdoor. So we will push the firmware to you via the upgrade on the APP directly in the future.

@reolink-fiona Thank you for your advice. The Client will not open the video feed as clear by default because it will consume a lot of GPU and CPU capacity. To avoid potential problems with the client and PC, the client only displays the video feed in standard or fluent mode.
