    With Argus 3 Pro, app doesn't show scheduling changes

      When I go into Camera Recording or Push Notifications or Sirens and click on Schedule and then make changes to Person only and then save them and then make changes to Others only and save them, I will then exit Schedule. When I then go back in to Schedule, what it shows for each Persons, Vehicles and Others and for all of them, is the schedule I established/enabled for the last scheduling change I made, in this instance they all show the changes I made to Others. Counterintuitive at best. Is it simply that those changes have been enabled correctly and that they do not show up in the app under Schedule. Is it that they don't "stick," so to speak?

          @garth-oldham_486781248360684 Hi Garth, thank you for the feedback. The schedules for recording, push and sirens apply to all the alarm types that you have selected.

          Simply put, you cannot set up a specific schedule for each alarm type. Hope this clarifies.

            @reolink-lorenz I see that your computer "client" program works the same way. Say you make changes to Persons in the Recording menu and save them. Then you make changes to Vehicles in the Recording menu and save them. Then you decide you need to make additional changes to Persons scheduling in the Recording menu, so you go back in and activate Persons (only) in the Recording menu. At that point, in neither the smartphone app or in the computer "client" program, do you see the current settings for the Persons configuration so that you can simply add your new changes. Instead you have to key back in your original 24/7 configuration and then add your additional changes before you save again. And then, again, you will not be able to see exactly what that schedule is in the future. You will simply have to remember or have written it down. What a pain if you have a very complex schedule.

              @garth-oldham_486781248360684 Hi Garth, as I have explained to you earlier, the schedule for the record, email, push, FTP, and buzzer apply to all the alarm types that you have selected. You cannot set up a specific schedule for each alarm type.

              The mobile app and desktop client do work the same way. By selecting "Person" in the alarm type and customizing the record schedule, you are setting up a record schedule for the camera when it detects human activities. If you select "Vehicle" in the alarm type later and change the record schedule, you are disabling the record schedule for person detection that you've set up previously.

              Simply put, you can't set up a record schedule for person detection and another one for vehicle detection. If you have selected "person" in the alarm types and customized the schedule, you will have a schedule set up for person detection. If you have selected "person" and "vehicle" in the alarm types and customized the schedule, you will have a schedule set up for both person and vehicle detection. Hope this clarifies.

                @reolink-lorenz Ah-ha, I see. So if you set up a recording schedule for say People only then, by default, there will be no recording of Vehicles and Others? By your picture, it appears I am giving you a headache. 😉

                  @garth-oldham_486781248360684 That's correct, Garth. If you want to apply the schedule to Vehicles and Others, make sure that you select them in the alarm type.

                  And for the pic, lol 😸 maybe I should upload a better one later
