It is the limit of the IPCAM Viewer. Our DUO PoE supports ONVIF. Most of the ONVIF software can view the two-channel video. But the IPCAM Viewer doesn't support the two-channel view.

Hello,
I was able to resolve the problem.
At the placeholder marked as: CH:# you just have to put a 3 ( only 3 nothing else) .
It works fine.
So ,now i have another question about the IPCAM viewer trying to add the E1 Pro.
The APP does recognize the cam but says : Devices RTSP port (554) is not accessible. So there is no image.
I have tried another third party App called IPCAMS (Apple) and on this App it works fine . connection as RTSP port 554.
Any Idea??
Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your update.
Can you use the camera via RTSP in the VLC media player? If you can do that via VLC and the IPCAM(Apple), that may mean that the port can transfer the data normally. You can try to contact the support of the IPCAM Viewer to help find the issue.
Reolink DUO second channel???
