RLC-810A not working on app when away from site

Hi,
I have an RLC-810A which I have taken from my 4 camera system with an nvr and have installed it at another location with a poe injector. I can connect to it fine when I am on the same network but as soon as I go onto data or different internet it doesn't load. Does anyone know why this is? Is it because I have taken it from an NVR Set not bought it separately?

Hi, the cameras inside the NVR kit don't have the UID number on the camera. So they can't be viewed remotely. They mainly work with the NVR. You can scan the camera on LAN or use the IP address to add the camera.
