Hello,
I have this NVR RLN8-410-E.......

I want to upgrade my x4 cameras to these: RLC-823A (4K 8MP Ultra HD PoE camera).

Will this continue to work please?

The RLC-823A can work with RLN8-410-E. But RLN8-410-E doesn't support the AI function(person/vehicle detection) of the cameras. If you want to use the AI function, you can connect a PoE switch under the same router as the NVR and connect the cameras to the PoE switch. Then you can connect the camera as a standalone camera and use the AI function on the APP.
