I am having trouble accessing the display settings on my cameras vie the reolink app. It gives me an error message “Display settings failed to load. Tap to try again. Can anyone help me with this problem?
Same problem with me. Recorded videos won’t load in the cloud tab in the app. Bought the cameras a week ago, and the cloud has worked on the app until this afternoon. It actually worked this morning, and I can access the recordings on the Reolink website. My cameras do not show up on the firmware page. They are Argus. I went through the trouble of mounting both cameras, but I will take them down and send them back if I can no longer access the recordings on the app. I paid to be able to access the cloud via the app.
