      App worked great every time I use it at home or at work (on data)

      now since app last update I can’t connect if I leave WiFi network
      its happened before waited till next update was out and it was fixed (wifi or data )
      any idea what’s going on nobody else have this problem?

          @markarron9_504005354344625 Is your APP android or IOS? What's the current version? What's your camera model?

          You can try to upgrade your camera firmware to see if it can work. Download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.

          If not, please contact our support team for a further check. Submit a request – Reolink Support

            Do you still have the issue? What phone and provider do you have?
