dear community, I've been the owner of the Reolink RLC-811A for a few days. So far everything works very well, with one small exception. When switching from day to night vision, the motion alarm goes off. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix the problem without disabling the IR LEDs? Once in the evening when the camera activates the IR light and switches to black and white and then in the morning when the camera deactivates the IR light and switches back to color. It looks as if the camera would see the color change (color <=> black/white) as movement Thank you for your support.

If you have the firmware v3.1.0494 or later, there is a setting "alarm delay". You can set the alarm delay time. Then it will filter out this kind of false alert like switching from day to night vision. - 4 months later

@reolink-fiona this kind of alarm is useful when someone would move the camera. So if a thief reorient a camera, an alarm is triggered. If you increase the delay, this kind of alarm would not function anymore. I think this should be fixed via firmware. The camera knows when it turn on or off the ir leds, so the software could not take in consideration that temporal frame and do not turn alarm on in those cases.

A truly irritating problem that has never been addressed. The original cameras had this problem. The newest RLC-1212A camera does the same thing.
