I have multiple 5mp connected cameras on a property that I use for remotely monitoring same
The cameras are connected via a DDNS (NoIP) connection.
The cameras are working very well under normal conditions !
One question I do have is in regards to camera behaviour post a local power fail etc
The local router auto updates the DNS so I can quickly reconnect to other devices (local rasberry PI etc ) devices
It however seems to take a few days before I can reconnect to the ReoLink cameras with either the ReoLink mobile or desktop app. I've tried to find more tech info re this on your forums but havent been able to understand how to fix (seems DNS related ?)

Forgot to add the cameras still email pictures during that connection issue period so I can still monitor the property -

@rick-klink_322854524236019 I did encounter this issue a few months ago whereby we had an issue on the IP core and the BB routers got a new public IP. It took several hours for the Reolink P2P servers to replace the old IPs/Ports with the new ones. Similarly emails generated as a result of a detection event were still being sent during this period as doesn't require the support of the Reolink servers. Perhaps Reolink needs to make the communication protocol more robust.
